Soybean and Canola Grains

Soy and Canola are legumes with low quantities of lysine proteins.

Soybean and Canola plant based proteins are ideally mixed with corn or sorghum proteins to balance the amino acid profile for maximum human nutrition.  Oils in these grains is recovered as pure edible oil with no need for secondary processing.
